Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason. Upon cancellation:

• Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• You will not be charged again after the period ends.
• Credits already added in the current period remain available until they expire.

To cancel: Log in → Billing Settings → Manage Subscription.

Due to the nature of AI video generation, consumed credits are generally non-refundable. Exceptions include:

• System errors: If a generation fails due to a platform error, credits are automatically returned to your account.
• Duplicate charges: If a payment error results in a duplicate charge, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
• Legal requirements: Where required by applicable law.

One-time credit packages are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Credit packages are non-refundable, but unused credits remain available throughout the validity period.

Subscription credits are automatically added each billing cycle and are valid for 30 days. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next cycle.

To request a refund, email support@facelessvideo.live with:

• Your account email
• Order number or transaction ID
• Reason for the refund request
